A friend and colleague of mine asked me to develop a blend that was hearty, earthy, and would work well in his percolator. This is what we came up with......and it works well with other brewing methods too!
This is a medium roast that is big, bold and balanced. This is a hearty, spicy blend with a bright clean after taste. A great coffee to enjoy a sunrise with.
